Overview
There are far too many features of the Baseplan Accounting System
to be listed here. This product has grown and matured over the past
ten years and changed platforms along the way. Today's system is
now based on an SQL client/server structure. Currently under development
is a browser client interface. This will reduce the support and
maintenance tasks and reduce the hardware requirements for workstations.
To add a user to the system, simply connect a PC with a browser
such as MS Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.
The Baseplan suite of modules have been designed with a common
theme and are designed with ease-of-use in mind. From drop down
lists of all codes, to complex search engines, autofill fields and
browse screens, the user is guided through data entry without having
to refer to lists of codes. Newly incorporated transaction wizards
help with areas such as payments and invoicing.
